TEXT

The work carried out on the external envelope of the building had to be executed with sensitivity to preserve and reinstate the history of the conservation area.

We worked closely with the client from the initial concept through to project completion, delivering the project on time for the client to host their daughter's wedding in the newly renovated house.

The scope of the works involved upgrading the existing services and modernising several areas within this semi-detached house to create a better flow and improve the use of space.

On the ground floor, the living room and kitchen were opened up to each other, creating an enlarged, multifunctional space. Additionally, a new ground-floor WC was added, and bespoke timber windows and doors were replaced throughout the property.

Within the loft space, a new ensuite bathroom was constructed under the eaves. As for the clients' beautiful garden, the existing outbuilding, which previously housed an external WC and storage space, was transformed into a warm and dry, spacious utility room.
