Green Tea Architects has refurbished and extended this South East London Home. Creating a series of contemporary spaces to compliment the clients existing style.

 

A dormer extension was constructed using charred timber finish. With bespoke windows and roof-lights bringing ample amounts of natural light of the space. Internally the extension has created a split level sapce with a sliding folding partition to divide the multi functional yoga and dressing room space from the main bedroom.

 

A slatted timber stair and glass balustrade and bench divides the high level portion of the space. The bedroom leads to an en-suite shower room where the walls and floors have been covered in a grey microcement finish completed by timber joinery and white matt finish.

At ground floor level, new sliding doors have been replace standard doors adding to the contemporary style of the property.
